Returns & Refund Policy

At Sublime Designer Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from any signs of wear, alterations, or damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Return

Step 1: Contact us to initiate your return and receive return instructions.
Step 2: Securely package your item(s) with all original tags and packaging.
Step 3: Ship your return using a tracked service (we recommend keeping proof of postage).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please contact us to arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
